The Profile tab is displayed by default once a user has logged in. This tab has the following structure (it is similar for Subject and Attribute levels):
On the Subject level, a user can view information regarding Subject Completeness, Total records, Populated records, Blank records, and Distinct records not considering attributes influence. Data that describes general information regarding each attribute is displayed in the Completeness by attribute bar chart and Attribute Overview grid.
To view detailed information regarding each attribute, the user should navigate to the attribute in the navigation tree. Attribute Completeness, Total records, Populated records, Blank records, and Distinct records will show general information for the selected attribute and for the 20 most/least frequent values, 20 first/last values, 20 most/least frequent patterns, and Tags can show deep analysis based on each value.
When a user navigates to the Workbench, Subject, the Profile tab is displayed for a specific data model. the first data model is expanded and the focus is on the root subject line. All subjects are collapsed except for the root subject.
In the event that no data is present in the Workbench:
If there is no data that satisfies some filter criteria, a No data available message is displayed for the grid/On-Screen filter.
