Data Quality Workbench Introduction

Data Quality Workbench is a component of Omni-Gen that allows you to analyze data and create rules for data standardization and enrichment without any previous knowledge of Data Quality (DQ) products. You can access the Workbench through the Omni Governance Console (OGC).

The Workbench provides an easy-to-use web-based interface that allows you to perform data mastering tasks, such as:

• Profiling data.
• Creating cleansing and validation rules.
• Reviewing rules results.
• Executing rules.
• Viewing summary and statistics for the original data set and cleanse/match results.
