Working With Dimensions

Dimensions are sub-tabs for the DQ tab. When dimensions are used, you can see whether your data is qualitative enough looking at it from different angles. For example, records in the system might be valid, but not conformable to some specific rules or standards, as shown in the following image.

Dimensions are being calculated by rules added in the dqconfig.xml file. For example, there is a rule that if a record has the 'First name' defined, then it is considered to be valid.
