Setting iWay Home Preferences

Once the Workbench is open, it is recommended that you first set the iWay Home preferences. The iWay Home preference is the path to your iWay Service Manager (iSM) installation. It is recommended that you have an instance of iSM installed on the same machine as iWay Integration Tools. The preference is used to test run transforms locally and to help set the Target Server Version to the correct value.

To set iWay Home preferences:

1. Click Window in the menu bar and select Preferences
   

   The Preferences dialog box opens, as shown in the following image.

   
2. Expand the iWay Integration Tools preference in the left pane and then click iWay Home Directory.
3. Select your iWay Service Manager home directory using the Browse… button, and then click OK.

   The following message is displayed.

   
4. Click Yes.

   If you do not have iWay Service Manager installed locally, you can set the target iWay Service Manager version using the Default iSM Target Version preference.
